David D. Mordekhov practices at Gardner Trabolsi & Associates PLLC, with the primary emphasis on product liability, toxic tort, and personal injury defense. He handles the defense of personal injury suits, including asbestos claims, premises liability, product defect, and motor-vehicle cases. David acted as local counsel for a number of national product manufacturers sued in Washington courts, and his name can be found as counsel of record on several published Court of Appeals and Supreme Court decisions. He was born and raised in Moscow, Russia, where he obtained his first law degree by the age of 22. He graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in 2002. In his free time, David serves as WSBA's neighborhood legal clinic volunteer; he also enjoys running, snowboarding, cycling, and spending time with his teenage son George.
